Co-operation with law enforcement bodies
We record the IP addresses of persons submitting orders to aid fraud prevention and will disclose any information necessary to fully cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected lawbreakers. We also work closely with Actionfraud.
Our right to amend
Ascense London may amend this policy from time to time. If there are any significant amendments, we will notify you by email with a link to the new wording. We will not change the way we use your data without first gaining your express permission.

Should you wish to close your account, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to organise this. Once you cancel your account you will still be able to purchase from us as a guest. You can re-register at a later date using the same email address, however any historic order information will not be available to view.
