By registering and accepting Ascense London Terms and Conditions you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and that all information and details provided are your correct, current and complete details. You agree that you will not use the website for criminal, fraudulent or illegal activity or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. If we suspect fraudulent account activity we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your access to the website at any time without notice.
If you wish to contact us please email firstname.lastname@example.org our customer services team is available every day between 9am and 5pm (except Bank Holidays.) Whilst every effort is made to deal with all enquiries within 24 hours during the working week, we do operate an email system so all emails will be dealt with in the order received.
Should you wish to make a complaint do so in writing either by post to: Ascense London, 2 – 3 Woodbridge Road, Guildford, GU1 4PU or by email to email@example.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints immediately but all complaints will be acknowledged within 3 working days. The customer will be informed of all progress.
Placing an order
All communications to you from Ascense London will be sent to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing an order please contact us immediately. Ascense London will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
The following steps are required in order to create the contract between you and us are:
You place the order for your products on the website by pressing the place order button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation.
When your item is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered is unavailable from stock.
The product you ordered is unavailable for delivery to your selected delivery country.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.

Ascense London only sells 100% authentic products. We do not sell any fakes or copies.
Images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product received. Colours on some items, in particular (but not limited to), cosmetic items, may vary due to limitations within the photographic process and screen variations.
All stock and prices are subject to availability, items added to the basket may change as you proceed to checkout so please recheck your order before submitting payment.
All prices listed in GBP(£) include VAT.
The price of a product shall be as stated on the website at the time you place your order except in the case of obvious error. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price. In this event, we will either contact you to confirm your order at the correct price, or cancel your order and ensure all funds are returned.
We accept payment by credit/debit cards: Visa Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Paypal and Apple Pay. Ascense London will not be liable for charges or payment processing fees, should they apply, associated with your chosen payment method.
Please notify Ascense London if your order which was dispatched by Standard Tracked or Express Tracked Delivery has not arrived after 15 working days. Your parcel may then be deemed ‘missing’ and we can offer a replacement or refund.
Ascense London reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders at any time, restrict quantities of certain items, or deliver certain orders to the Billing Address only at the discretion of our management.
Ascense London reserves the right to withdraw, restrict the use of promotional codes, and restrict the use of promotional codes in conjunction with one another.
Once an order has been placed, Ascense London cannot guarantee that changes to an order can be made before the order is dispatched.
If Ascense London is unable to fulfil part or all of your order due to stock becoming unavailable we will refund your payment for items we are unable to supply. Ascense London will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation in any form for disappointment suffered.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed by management.
Ascense London does not store any credit or debit card details, all card payments are made through Braintree which is a secure site.
Faulty, Damaged or incorrect items received
We always strive to ensure that your product(s) arrive correctly and in perfect condition, and we have many measures in place. However, occasionally mistakes do occur and we will do our utmost to resolve them promptly. Please check your product(s) on receipt and report any issues to us as soon as possible. Product(s) received faulty, damaged or incorrect may be returned to us for a full refund including any postage paid.
As a consumer, you have legal rights about product(s) that are faulty, received damaged or not as described.
